Return Process
To initiate a return, please email us at Deefabzafro@gmail.com within 7 days of receiving your order.
Please include your order number in the subject line and clearly state your request. Once your return is approved, you will receive a return authorization along with instructions on how to send back your item(s). Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost or damaged returns.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, items must meet the following conditions:
* Must be unworn, unused, and in original condition
* Must have all original tags attached
* Must be free from perfume, deodorant, stains, or any odors
* Must not be washed or altered in any way
Items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender.
Store Credit
Once your returned item(s) are received and inspected, and meet our return requirements, a store credit will be issued for the full purchase amount (excluding original shipping fees). Store credit will be applied to your account and can be used for future purchases. Store credit does not expire.
